Squishmallow Update!

So, as a surprise, my lady love @bande912 got me the Mothra Squishmallow and she arrived today!

Fun Fact: I had ordered Mothra 2 days ago so I’ll have 2 it seems but that’s ok, I might just give her to my son as he has a Godzilla one also.

I LOVE that she does this for me! I’m so bad at just going ahead and buying myself things that I hardly ever give anyone an opportunity to get me things I’ve wishlisted or whatever. I’m so happy to have her, she’s always so thoughtful and such an excellent gift-giver!

My little Godzilla Squishmallow finally came today! I lub him!!! Mothra will be next, followed by MechaGodzilla and finally Rodan! Can’t wait to have the whole set!

Quick Stop Update!

So I got pretty far with the Quickstop half of my Viewaskew-orama (if you will) and I have to say it looks pretty great!

Yes, dimensions are off, the interior looks nothing like the clerks version and it has some weird misalignments here and there on the outside but not gonna lie…I really dig it!

Testing it out with Peter, Ned and America really gave me a good idea of how it’ll look when it’s completed. I love how the interior legit looks like a real interior (fyi it’s just a picture) and now I have to do this for the door side. It looks way better than I anticipated it would!

Still have the roof, roof sign, wire box and a few other fetas to add but I may wait until I finish the RTS Video half of it. Definitely gonna create a sidewalk/road piece that I can interchange with some of my other dios to create an actual neighborhood area. Can’t wait to have it completed!

Man, @necaofficial REALLY knocked it out of the park with this one! The insane amount of accessories, removable hood, interchangeable bandana tails, 4 ninja stars, REAL rope for the back ring and the grappling hook….and so much more! My diorama space is a little crazy right now as I’m still working on my quick stop, but I have some really cool photo ideas so be on the lookout for em!

So I 3D printed this really awesome Soda Canister holder from @nikko.industries and it’s so rad! Finally decided to use so e more of my silk blue fila.ent and it looks amazing! Gonna add some details later, but in the meantime, it’s pretty awesome!

I can’t recommend his subscription service enough! $10/mo get you access to almost 800 STL files created by him that are absolutely stellar! And more are added almost regularly!

I might make a few more of these just to have a set. Plus it does a good job of keeping the drinks cold!

Hi everyone! Wanted to give you all (who were interested) an update on the QuickStop diorama I’m building! It’s far from completed, but I’m pretty happy with the results so far!

I’ve made the sign light up (and I’ll do the same with the RST Video sign also) so I can do some “night shots.” I plan on doing a forced perspective trick with the interior (behind the “glass”)and it WILL have the roll-up doors also, which will be removable so I can have an open style and closed style. I actually made them and painted them but forgot to grab a shot while writing this post.

I know dimensions are off, the sign doesn’t stretch as far, and it currently looks a little janky, but I’m hoping with some time and a few other ideas, I can make this a pretty decent Dio.

There’s still so much to do, but I hope when it’s completed, it looks good enough for Jay and Bob.

Whis from Dragon Ball Super came in today and my gods he’s amazing! I’ve had Beerus for 5-6 years but I’ve only just recently acquired a good Whis. Got some other ideas in the works for some photos but in the meantime, enjoy the homecoming of Whis!
